Mid Season: April-June	£800
High Season: July-Oct, Xmas, Easter & Half Terms	£1000

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Long term lets negotiable.

Changeover day
Saturday preferable. Check in time is 3pm (or earlier if possible). Check out time is 10am.

We provide one set of linen, bathroom towels and pool towels for each guest at the start of your stay.

Midstay clean: £30

Midstay linen change: £30

Basic Welcome Food pack: £40approx - depending on how much you want in!

No pets allowed!

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit will secure your booking. Payment for the property will be required one month before your booking. A late cancellation will mean a retainment of the 20% deposit.
