Casa 38 is fully fitted over three floors with 1 double bedroom, 2 twin rooms and a basement bedroom with a split double/single bunk and a double sofa bed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and shower rooms.
Large living room with split-level dining room. Large terrace off living room with views of mountains. Well equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms except the basement dorm.
There is underground car parking where there is access to the basement of the house. You have access to three communal outdoor swimming pools and the club house which features an indoor pool with gym, sauna and changing rooms/showers.
The house is built on a hillside so the villa is quite open-planned and has split-levels. Therefore we do not recommend it for young children.
